Meet Andrew and Brody from Fowl Rabbit Artisan Butchery, based at Yorklea near Casino.

Andrew loves experimenting with different flavours and cuts, and you never quite know what he’ll bring to the market each week, we're not entirely sure Andrew knows himself until the day before!

His sausage creations are something else, with flavours like Honey & Macadamia and Jalapeño & Cheese earning a definite WOW. You'll also find goat, traditional favourites and interesting cuts like his saddle lamb chops, with something different regularly making its way into the display.

And like any good butcher, Andrew loves a chat, so don't be afraid to ask what's new this week!

If you're hungry, Andrew and Brody also fire up the BBQ for a good old-fashioned market breakfast, with sausage sandwiches, bacon & egg rolls, the Big Breakfast and whatever else Andrew decides to cook up on the day!
